Mike Dal Lago

Mike Dal Lago has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of insolvency matters throughout an array of industries, including consumer retail, healthcare, and real estate. He has represented mid-market clients in some of the largest and most challenging bankruptcy cases in the nation, such as Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., General Motors, Chrysler, Enron Corp., Worldcom, Inc., General Growth Properties, and Bernard Madoff Investment Securities. 

Mike regularly represents distressed companies, debtors, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and purchasers of distressed assets in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings, asset sales, and out-of-court restructurings for companies for midsize national and regional companies. Mike also represents corporate entities in all stages of commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation, including avoidance actions.  In addition, he has led proceedings in representing landlords and management companies in retail bankruptcy cases across the United States, and a number of health insurance companies in bankruptcy cases filed by health care providers, as well as those filed by insurees.
